[ad_pod ]We are less than a week away from the biggest game of the football season. The Champions League final between Liverpool and Tottenham is almost upon us, and we simply can’t pick a winner out of the two.Of course, due to their vast experience at this level of European competition, Liverpool are the overriding favourites on paper. They have genuine world-class performers such as Alisson, Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah, and experienced a showpiece event such as this only a year ago; they will be raring to put that right. However, having said that, you just simply cannot write this Tottenham team off.Luis Suarez certainly had no qualms about celebrating against his former employers in the video below…Mauricio Pochettino’s men mustered up just a single point from their first three group stage games, and needed to rely on PSV getting a result against Inter to even get into the last 16.From then on, they have endured heart-wrenching moments such as Raheem Sterling’s late, late strike which appeared to dump Spurs out at the quarter-final stage – which was luckily overturned by VAR.They have also been 3-0 down to Ajax with just 45 minutes remaining, before a 96th-minute strike secured them a place in the final; you really can’t write them off at all.In Roberto Firmino’s case, however, he is in a far more confident mood than the majority of the Reds supporters.
The Brazilian international spent some of his time before the final doodling what he thinks the outcome of the tie will be, and as you can see, he is backing his teammates to conquer Spurs by two goals to nil.
Firmino has also attempted to draw what looks like himself and his trademark pearly whites stood beside the famous old trophy, typically nicknamed ‘big ears’ due to the huge handles on it.
The former Hoffenheim forward isn’t just an artist on the pitch, it seems.
