England captain Kane shared a picture of his family celebrating Bayern's Bundesliga title win, sending a heartfelt message to his loved ones after finally ending his trophy drought.

Bayern regained the Bundesliga title last week and Kane was able to get his hands on the silverware on Saturday night as the celebrations continued in Munich. The 31-year-old scored his 36th goal of the campaign while Michael Olise also netted in the 2-0 victory over Borussia Monchengladbach, with Kane and his family then getting photos with the trophy after full-time.

Posting on Instagram, Kane said: "Sharing special moments with my family is everything."
