Justin’s father Patrick is a footballing legend for club and country having played for the likes of Ajax, Newcastle United and most famously Barcelona throughout his career.
The junior Kluivert appears to have just as exciting a path towards the top of the game and Manchester United are ready to secure his future.

Is the winger all hype due to his family background, or can the teenager play a bit himself?
Forging his own future
It’s notoriously difficult for sons of famous footballers to make a name for themselves in the game but at 18 years of age, Justin Kluivert is certainly on the right track.
The winger made a breakthrough in the Ajax first team last season, but this term is showing more consistency, scoring six goals and providing three assists in 19 appearances.
Pacy, skillful and with an eye for goal, he could develop strongly at Manchester United, especially under Jose Mourinho who is reported to have a long-standing relationship with the player due to his friendship with Patrick.
At the reported £10m, it’s a relatively risk free move and could be special if he progresses.
